Free Motorcyle Safety Classes The Pennsylvania Motorcyle Safety Program offers free training classes at the Huntingdon County Career and Technology Center. The MSP teaches riders of all skill levles the basic fundamentals needed to safely operate a motorcyle. Courses are free to Pennsylvania residents with a valid motorcyle permit or motorcycle license.
