Senior Awards Ceremony

HCCTC Senior Awards Night

Juniata Valley High School Auditorium

The HCCTC Senior Awards ceremony is the pinnacle of the academic year. It is a joyful and
dignified event that honors the accomplishments of many students. Please see below for a few

rules we will need to implement.
• Each senior will receive 6 tickets for the auditorium.
• Cell phones and related electronic equipment should be turned off to ensure that all
guests can hear and enjoy the commencement activities.
• To save time, please limit your applause until all the graduates in each program have
received their certificates.
• Any students who will not need all of their tickets, are asked to return them to Mrs.
Galac, Mrs. Cindy Parks or Mrs. Stephanie Parks as soon as possible.
• If there are extra tickets, they will be given to requesting students on a first come basis, 2
tickets per request.
• Any award winners, please report back to the stage for pictures and information
required for the newspaper reporters that may be present.
• At the end of our program, please feel free to take pictures with your graduate.
 Once you have your pictures taken, please return your gowns to the blue bins
inside the school.

Seniors-
 Be there by 5:30 to put your gown on and lineup
 Gowns are provided and then returned night of ceremony
 Turn off all cellular devices
 School Appropriate attire is required:
 The clothes you already have for your home school graduation will be acceptable
 No hats, shorts, jeans, or crop tops
 High heels are not recommended (please remember, you will need to climb steps)
