The HCCTC has the right to reject any and all bids. Bids are due by 5/8/2026.
MOWING BIDS
The HCCTC is seeking Mowing bids through April 30, 2026. Bids will be for the 2026/2027 school
year. Please quote the mowing on a per-mowing/trimming price. The mowing and trimming will
need to be completed on an as-needed basis. Spring is normally weekly, then bi-weekly or as
needed when the seasons change (dry weather, early fall, anytime the grass stops growing),
not to exceed 22 mowings and trimmings in a school year (20 mowings or less preferred).
The 2026/2027 school year starts July 1, 2026 and ends June 30, 2027.
Mowing can be completed any time with evenings and Saturdays the best time.

Item: Greenhouse
Description: 32’ x 36’ Greenhouse
Location: 11893 Technology Drive, Mill Creek, PA 17060
Condition: Sold as is, where is. It is further understood that no warranty of any nature in connection with said item is expressed or implied.
The greenhouse may be inspected by appointment by contacting dcarolus@hcctc.org. Bids will be reviewed by HCCTC administration, with the winner being notified by phone to make necessary arrangements. The greenhouse must be disassembled/removed by the buyer within a reasonable date range given when notified of winning bid. The HCCTC is not liable for any damages, injury, or loss. Bids submitted in any other manner or which fail to furnish all information required may be summarily rejected. Bids shall be filled out legibly with all erasures, strikeovers, and corrections initialed by the person signing the bid and the bid must be manually signed. Negligence on the part of the bidder in preparing the bid confers no right for withdrawal or modification of the bid after it has been opened. The HCCTC has the right to reject any and all bids.
